Dedication to technological advancement has been the cornerstone of our organization since it was founded in 1965. Since those early days in the plastics industry, our commitment to continuous improvement led to ever increasing demand from customers in industries that were more and more diverse.
Throughout the ’70’s, we were primarily focused on providing extruded parts – profiles and tubing – to the appliance, automotive and plumbing markets. We also began to incorporate value added operations like punching, notching and forming.
On into the ’80’s where we expanded the types of materials that we processed and began working with appliance customers to replace metal based tubing components with thermoplastic tubing. This resulted in cost and quality improvements for our end use customers.
Throughout the years, Mercury has grown its customer base and its maufacturing and engineering footprint. From a customer perspective, we work with global customers that are leaders in their respective markets.
